- 岗位职责：
- 1.保证码头罐区设备可靠性含动静、电仪设备，确保处于良好的状态。
- 2.建立和执行完善的预防性和预测性维修策略、程序、标准，确保符合设计要求、孚宝标准规范及法律法规的要求。
- 3.建立并更新预防性维修及大修计划、程序和记录。
- 4.对设备状态进行分析、评估。
- 5.组织制定3年维修计划、年度维修计划和维修项目，并负责执行。
- 6.设备故障或设备类事故，负责调查，分析根本原因，提出防范措施并形成报告。
- 7.定期进行现场检查（每周至少1次），确保所有维修活动都处于受控状态。
- 8.准备报告、分析数据，提出罐区设备可靠性提升的建议。
- 9.在设备方面协助并支持库区经理，协助制订部门绩效目标并监控其落实情况。
- 10.按照公司的要求，进行相关作业票的审批。
- 11.负责设备相关的培训工作。
- 12.做好团队员工的日常管理、考核和团队建设。
- 13.完成领导交办的其他任务，配合公司其他部门开展工作。
