Abteilungsleiter Feinkost

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und motivierten Abteilungsleiter Feinkost, der unser Team in der Fischproduktion verstärkt. Als Abteilungsleiter Feinkost werden Sie für die Leitung und Organisation unserer Feinkost-Abteilung verantwortlich sein.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen:

Leitung und Organisation der Feinkost-Abteilung

Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Steigerung des Umsatzes und der Produktqualität

Führung und Weiterbildung des Teams

Kontrolle und Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse

Qualitätssicherung und -kontrolle

Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, wie z.B. Einkauf, Produktion und Vertrieb

Anforderungen:

Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie, insbesondere in der Fischproduktion

Erfahrung in der Abteilungsleitung oder eine ähnliche Position

Gute Kommunikations- und Führungsqualitäten

Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten

Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit
