JOB TITLE: ATF Compliance Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

The Compliance Assistant will assist the compliance and fulfillment departments with inventory control, orders processing, and records management.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• •Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• •Must be comfortable handling firearms
• •Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel

PREFERRED SKILLS

• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Knowledge of ATF regulations is preferred
• •Outstanding organizational skills

CORE DUTIES

• •Acquire and dispose of all firearms in the electronic bound book per ATF regulations
• •Disassemble and destroy firearms
• •Stay current with ATF compliance regulations
• •Inventory control
• •Assist with error reduction
• •Internal audits
• •Other duties as assigned

HOURS

• •1st shift position
• •Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• •Overtime as needed

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen.? Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
