Mengawasi proses cash replenishment, cash collection, dan balancing.
Menangani dan mengoordinasikan penyelesaian incident/downtime mesin.
Melakukan monitoring transaksi dan performa ATM/CDM.
Memastikan penerapan SOP, security, compliance, dan risk management.
Berkoordinasi dengan bank/client, vendor, dan tim internal.
Menyusun laporan dan evaluasi kinerja operasional serta improvement.
