## Das sind Deine Aufgaben

  • Individuelle Betreuung und kompetente Beratung unserer Profikunden sowie privaten Bauherren im Außendienst
  • Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Durchführung präziser Objektkalkulationen sowie systematische Nachverfolgung der Projekte
  • Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten und Ausschreibungen
  • Aktiver Abschluss von Kaufverträgen unter Berücksichtigung der Kundenbedürfnisse und kontinuierlicher Sicherstellung der Zufriedenheit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Innendienstpartnern und abteilungsübergreifender Informationsaustausch

  • gute Baustoffkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in einer Außendiensttätigkeit
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung im Schweizer Raum
  • Absolute Kundenorientierung, Qualitätsorientierung und Spaß am Vertrieb
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Teamgeist und ein hohes Maß an Engagement
