### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines festen Verkaufsgebiets für Fenster- und Türsysteme
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu unseren Fachhandelspartnern
  • Technische und kaufmännische Beratung unserer Kunden vor Ort rund um unsere Fenster-, Tür- und Rollladenlösungen
  • Aktive Neukundenakquise sowie kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
  • Umsetzung unserer ehrgeizigen Wachstumsziele sowie Entwicklung von Absatzstrategien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst

### Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Tätigkeit im Vertriebsaußendienst, idealerweise im Händlerkundengeschäft
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Fenster, Türen, Insektenschutz oder Rollläden von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets und Wohnort im Home Office (Region Franken, Oberpfalz bis Regensburg/Passau)
