  • aktive Kundenbetreuung, Terminvorbereitung/-vereinbarung
  • Schriftwechsel mit unseren Partnern und Kunden
  • administrative Tätigkeiten im organisatorischen Bereich

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherung und Finanzen bzw. Versicherungsfachmann/- frau ist wünschenswert
  • relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Versicherung oder Vertrieb von Vorteil
  • Quereinsteiger mit der Bereitschaft zur Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • versierter Umgang mit Microsoft-Office-Produkten
  • Kommunikationsvermögen und Freude an der Betreuung unserer Kunden (m/w/d)
  • Sozialkompetenz, Zeitmanagement und eine hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Führerschein Klasse B und eigenes Fahrzeug
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
