Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebs Außendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Verkaufsregion Magdeburg - Schönebeck - Halberstadt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Betreuung, Beratung, Pflege und Ausbau eines zugeordneten Kundenstamms
  • Erfolgreiche Akquise von Neukunden
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst
  • Erreichung der definierten Umsatzziele

Deine Fähigkeiten:

  • Erfahrung im Vertriebsaußendienst
  • Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche, motivierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- sowie Abschlussstärke
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen und CRM Systemen
  • Wohnsitz im Verkaufsgebiet und Führerschein Klasse B
