  • Leitung und Durchführung von Prüfungen in den Bereichen Quantitatives Risikomanagement, Aktuariat und Versicherungsmathematische Funktion - sowohl national als auch international
  • Analyse komplexer Prozesse in den genannten Bereichen mit Fokus auf interne Kontrollsysteme
  • Entwicklung risikoorientierter Prüfungsstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und Einbringen neuer Perspektiven
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entscheidungsträgern, einschließlich Vorstandsmitgliedern und leitenden Führungskräften
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung innovativer Prüfmethoden, z. B. durch den Einsatz von KI und Data Analytics

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Mathematik, Physik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation, vorzugsweise mit versicherungsmathematischer Ausrichtung
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Aktuar:in (DAV) bzw. die Bereitschaft, diese zeitnah zu erwerben
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im aktuariellen Umfeld oder Revision eines Versicherungskonzerns
  • Gute Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. Solvency II, IFRS)
  • Internationale Denkweise, Reisebereitschaft und Offenheit für neue Perspektiven
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (C1)
