Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in audit and assurance focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.

In financial statement audit at PwC, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor’s report that includes the auditor’s opinion.

Desde PwC buscamos un Senior Manager de Auditoría con amplia experiencia en el sector seguros para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal será responsable de liderar y coordinar los procesos de auditoría financiera, asegurando la integridad, precisión y cumplimiento normativo dentro de l sector.

Responsabilidades:

Planificar, dirigir y ejecutar auditorías internas en entidades del sector seguros.
Evaluar riesgos y controles internos para garantizar la eficiencia operativa y el cumplimiento regulatorio.
Elaborar informes detallados con hallazgos, recomendaciones y planes de acción.
Supervisar y desarrollar al equipo de auditores, fomentando un ambiente de mejora continua.
Mantenerse actualizado sobre normativas específicas del sector seguros y mejores prácticas de auditoría.
Colaborar con otras áreas para implementar controles y procesos que mitiguen riesgos financieros y operativos.

Requisitos:

Titulación universitaria en Contabilidad, Auditoría, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o carreras afines.
Al menos 7 años de experiencia en auditoría interna o externa, de los cuales al menos 3 en el sector seguros.
Experiencia demostrada en la gestión de equipos y proyectos de auditoría complejos.
Conocimiento profundo de las normativas y regulaciones aplicables al sector seguros.
Habilidades analíticas avanzadas, comunicación efectiva y capacidad para influir en la toma de decisiones.
