Deine Aufgaben:

Ofenbestückung: Du übernimmst das fachgerechte Be- und Entladen (Setzen) des Dekorofens mit unserer Ware.

Palettierung: Du stapelst die fertige Ware präzise und qualitätsbewusst nach vorgegebenen Richtlinien auf Paletten.

Materialfluss & Transport: Du sorgst für eine eigenständige Warenversorgung aus dem Fachbereich und transportierst die Paletten zuverlässig von der Dekoration bis zum Ofen.

Qualitätssicherung: Du übernimmst aktiv die Verantwortung für die erstklassige Qualität Deiner Arbeit und stellst sicher, dass nur Produkte von höchstem Standard unser Haus verlassen.

Flexibilität im Teameinsatz: Du unterstützt bei Bedarf tatkräftig in anderen Produktionsbereichen und bist bereit, im vollkontinuierlichen Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten.

Dein Profil:

Erste Erfahrungen in einem Produktionsumfeld sind ein Plus, aber auch motivierte Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen, die unsere Produkte mitgestalten möchten. Wichtiger ist uns deine Lernbereitschaft und dein Engagement!

Als zuverlässiger und engagierter Teamplayer bist du flexibel einsetzbar und bereicherst unser Team durch deine positive Einstellung und deinen Teamgeist.

Du arbeitest gerne zielorientiert und effizient, um unsere Produktionsziele gemeinsam zu erreichen, und freust dich über die sichtbaren Erfolge deiner Arbeit.

Das Arbeiten im teilkontinuierlichen Schichtbetrieb stellt für dich kein Problem dar.
