Die E+Service+Check GmbH ist ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit ca. 320 Prüfern im deutschlandweiten Einsatz sowie ca. 80 Mitarbeitenden in unseren Bürobereichen. Unsere Hauptaufgabe ist die Prüfung von ortsfesten und ortsveränderlichen elektrischen Geräten und Anlagen, damit diese den höchsten Sicherheitsanforderungen entsprechen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt engagierte Auftragsdisponenten (m/w/d) , die die Einsätze unserer Prüfer effizient organisieren und Spaß dabei haben unsere Abläufe aktiv mit zu gestalten.

## Deine Aufgaben als Auftragsdisponent (m/w/d):

  • Bundesweite Einsatzplanung und Disponierung der Prüfer
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung und Materialkontrolle für unsere Prüfer
  • Terminierung der Kundeneinsätze und Kundenabstimmung
  • Überwachung von Leistungen unserer Prüfer
  • Teamführung und Schulungen planen

## Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung ist wünschenswert, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Disposition oder Einsatzplanung, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Organisationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke sowie kunden- und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der allgemeinen Bürosachbearbeitung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
