Als Teil der Carrera-Revell-PUSTEFIX Unternehmensgruppe suchen wir Sie für unseren Standort in Tübingen-Kilchberg als kaufmännische Fachkraft (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres PUSTEFIX Teams:

Ihre Aufgaben sind

  • Interne Auftragsbearbeitung B2B und B2C für unsere Kunden im In- und Ausland
  • Pflegen von Produktlistings auf unseren Online-Verkaufsplattformen
  • Erstellung von Versandpapieren national und international
  • Mitwirkung in der Sortimentszusammenstellung für Aktionskunden
  • Betreuung der Werbeartikel-Kunden mit auftragsbezogener Fertigung

Dafür bringen Sie mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung mit Bildbearbeitungsprogrammen ist wünschenswert, wichtiger ist uns jedoch Ihre Bereitschaft, sich in neue Tools einzuarbeiten
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientiertes Verhalten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Engagement sind für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Grundkenntnisse in Englisch für Mail-Kontakte mit ausländischen Kunden
