Auftragsplaner (alle Geschlechter)

  • Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
  • Ressourcenmanagement sowie Kapazitäts- und Auslastungsanalyse
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Produktionsaufträgen
  • Bedarfs- und Bestandsmanagement
  • Schnittstellenkoordination mit den Fertigungsbereichen (Zerspanung, Fügetechnik, Oberflächenbeschichtung, Prüfung, Montage und Test) sowie mit Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung und Production Engineering
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Fertigungsdokumentationen
  • Beschaffung von Ausgangsmaterialien, Bauteilen und Fertigungshilfsmitteln
  • Steuerung der Beschaffung externer Fertigungsdienstleistungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf
  • Terminplanung und -überwachung der Produktion
  • Erfassung, Analyse und Monitoring relevanter Kennzahlen (On Time, On Cost, On Quality)
  • Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen im Rahmen von Qualitätsmeldungen
  • Mitarbeit in kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten
  • Fachliche Anforderungen
  • Voraussetzung ist eine mindestens abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem kaufmännischen oder technischen Beruf oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Alternativ gerne auch ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Einkauf, Fertigung bzw. Produktion, Produktionsplanung und -steuerung, Projektmanagement sowie Qualitätsmanagement.
  • Die Planung und Steuerung der Prozesse erfolgt über verschiedene IT-Systeme, insbesondere SAP R/3, SAP, Teamcenter, MS Office sowie Planisware. Dabei werden in MS Office fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse, in SAP vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse sowie in SAP R/3 Kenntnisse in Detailfunktionen vorausgesetzt. Der Umgang mit Teamcenter und Planisware erfolgt auf Anwenderniveau.
  • Erforderlich sind zudem sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau sowie gute, versierte Englischkenntnisse.
