###### Beschreibung
Betreuung und Beratung nationaler und internationaler Bestands- und Neukunden
Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
Angebotserstellung, Nachverfolgung und Auftragsbearbeitung
Serviceorientiertes Retouren- und Reklamationsmanagement
Unterstützung des Teams bei administrativen Aufgaben

Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes Industrieunternehmen in Wiesbaden, das für Qualität, Innovation und zuverlässigen Kundenservice steht. In Ihrer Rolle als Auftragssachbearbeiter SAP $m/w/d$ sind Sie zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb und Produktion.
###### Anforderungen
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium bzw. mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP und MS Office
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Technisches Verständnis
Sie sind kommunikationsstark, serviceorientiert und teamfähig
