AUFTRAGSSACHBEARBEITUNG (M/W/D)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • selbstständige Auftragsbearbeitung von der Erfassung bis zur Abwicklung
  • Erstellung von Begleitpapieren und Zolldokumenten für den Versand
  • Rechnungsstellung und Prüfung von Versandunterlagen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kunden- und Artikeldaten im System
  • schriftliche und telefonische Kundenkorrespondenz
  • interne Koordination zwischen den Abteilungen

Ihr Profil

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
