Fachliche Leitung: Du bist technischer Betriebsleiter, unterstützt dein Team in allen Fachfragen und triffst Entscheidungen mit Augenmaß.

Ausbildung: Du verantwortest die Ausbildung in deiner Filiale und Entwicklung unserer Nachwuchskräfte.

Filial-Alltag: Du führst präzise Refraktionen durch, berätst deine Kund*innen auf höchstem Niveau und übernimmst die administrativen Aufgaben in der Filiale.

Qualität: Du stellst die normgerechte Brillenfertigung in der Werkstatt sicher und lebst als sympathisches Gesicht von Robin Look unsere Werte vor.

Qualifikation: Du bist Augenoptikermeister / Optometrist m/w/d oder stehst kurz vor dem Abschluss deiner Ausbildung, Weiterbildung zum Meister oder deines Bachelors in Optometrie.

Nachwuchsförderung: Du begleitest unsere Azubis und hast Freude daran, dein Wissen weiterzugeben.

Soft Skills: Du bist kommunikationsstark, denkst einen Schritt voraus und triffst Entscheidungen mit Augenmaß.
