Tätigkeit:

  • Betreuung und Anleitung der Auszubildenden
  • Vermittlung von Grund- und Fachkenntnissen im praktischen Bereich Industriemechanik und/oder Zerspanungsmechanik
  • Regelmäßige Entwicklungsgespräche, Auswertung, Kontrolle
  • Vorbereitung der Auszubildenen auf Prüfungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Schulen, Berufsschulen, IHK usw.
  • Mitwirkung an der Gewinnung neuer Auszubildender

Anforderungen:

  • langjährige Berufserfahrung im im industriellen Umfeld im Bereich Industriemechanik und/oder Zerspanungsmechanik
  • vorzugsweise mit Ausbildungseignungsprüfungsnachweis und Ausbildungserfahrung
  • pädagogisches Geschick und Freude an der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen
  • routinierter Umgang mit üblichen EDV-Systemen (z. B. Microsoft Office)
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
  • technische Versiertheit und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
