IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Planung der Ausbildung
  • Vermittlung von theoretischen Fachkenntnissen und fachpraktischen Fertigkeiten in der Werkstatt sowie von sozialer Kompetenz
  • Begleitung und Kontrolle des Lernfortschrittes unserer Auszubildenden
  • Prüfungsvorbereitung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung im Ausbildungsteam
  • Kontaktpflege zu Netzwerkpartnern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Zielvereinbarungen und von Förderplänen

IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Holz sowie eine Ausbildereignungsprüfung gemäß AEVO. Erste Erfahrungen in der Anleitung und Begleitung von Auszubildenden sind wünschenswert. Eine Qualifikation als Meister oder Techniker ist ebenfalls willkommen.
  • Qualifikation im Bereich der Holzverarbeitung
  • Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Auszubildenden
  • Bereitschaft zur fachlichen und pädagogischen Weiterbildung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word und Excel)
  • Organisationstalent, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
