# Tätigkeiten und Verantwortlichkeiten
Als Ausbilder*in (w/m/d) für verschiedene Berufsfelder unterstützt Du Jugendliche bei der beruflichen Orientierung in den genannten Berufsfeldern.
Es gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben, Praxisprojekte zu planen und durchzuführen.
Du vermittelst den Teilnehmenden Methoden- und Fachkenntnisse sowie Sozial- und Personalkompetenzen unter Berücksichtigung geeigneter Lernmittel und -ziele.
Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Kompetenzfeststellungsverfahren, führst Entwicklungsgespräche und förderst in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team die individuelle Weiterentwicklung der Teilnehmenden.
Du dokumentierst Lernfortschritte und schreibst Lehrberichte.
# Erfahrung und weitere Qualifikationen
Du hast eine Ausbildung/Meister oder einen Studienabschluss im Tätigkeitsbereich Lager und Handel, Wirtschaft und Verwaltung, Farbe und Raum, Gesundheit und Soziales und/oder Elektro sowie eine AEVO (Ausbildereignungsverordnung) absolviert
Erfahrungen im Bereich Büro/ Verwaltung sowie Berufserfahrung in bildungsfördernden Maßnahmen sind wünschenswert
Vorlage eines erweiterten Führungszeugnisses ist Voraussetzung
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich
Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen
