AUSBILDER (m/w/d) FÜR DEN BEREICH MAURER- UND BETONBAUER

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie unterrichten Auszubildende, Praktikanten und Berufsorientierungsklassen in fachpraktischen Lehrgängen mit den Inhalten für Bauberufe (überbetriebliche Lehrlingsunterweisung) gemäß Rahmenlehrplan und vermitteln praktische Fertigkeiten und theoretische Kenntnisse
  • Planung und Vorbereitung der Ausbildungseinheiten, inclusive Erstellung der Lehrgangsunterlagen, Dokumentationen und Beurteilungen, sowie Werkstattführung und Materialbeschaffung

Ihr Profil / Ihre Kompetenzen:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Maurer- und Betonbauermeister
  • Breit gefächertes Wissen und praktische Erfahrung im Baubereich
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und flexible Arbeitsweise, Kreativität und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Pädagogische und rhetorische Fähigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
  • Pädagogisches Geschick im Umgang mit Auszubildenden
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse in MS Office und CAD
