Für unseren wachsenden Ausbildungsbereich suchen wir ab sofort einen Ausbilder (m/w/d) für den spannenden Beruf „Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik“.

Deine Aufgabe:

Du begleitest unsere Auszubildenden auf dem Weg zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik – einem staatlich anerkannten kaufmännischen Ausbildungsberuf. Du vermittelst nicht nur Fachwissen, sondern auch Struktur, Motivation und Orientierung im deutschen Berufsalltag.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Fachliche und pädagogische Anleitung internationaler Auszubildender
  • Unterricht in den Grundlagen der Lagerlogistik sowie angrenzender kaufmännischer Themen
  • PrĂĽfungsvorbereitung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit IHK und Kooperationsunternehmen
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Ausbildungsstandards

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, z. B. als:
  • Kaufmann/-frau fĂĽr Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
  • Industriekaufmann/-frau
  • GroĂź- und AuĂźenhandelskaufmann/-frau
  • Oder eine Ausbildung zur Fachkraft fĂĽr Lagerlogistik mit Ausbildereignung
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Ausbildung oder Schulung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturen
  • Du bringst die AusbildereignungsprĂĽfung (AEVO) mit oder bist bereit, sie mit unserer UnterstĂĽtzung nachzuholen
