Berufsorientierungsprojekt für Menschen ohne Berufsabschluss. Zur Unterstützung unseres Berufsorientierungsprojektes suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten und praxisorientierten Ausbilder Maler und Lackierer (m/w/d) oder ähnlicher Ausbauberuf in Vollzeit.

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Maler und Lackierer (m/w/d)
  • Meistertitel, Ausbildereignung (AEVO) oder vergleichbare pädagogische Qualifikation wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Anleitung, Ausbildung oder Betreuung von Jugendlichen von Vorteil
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen
  • Sozialkompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
