Im Geschäfts­bereich des Regionalen Kompetenzzentrum (RKZ)Sachsen-Anhalt Mitte ist zum nächst­möglichen Zeit­punkt die Stelle als „Ausbilder Metalltechnik- Zerspanungstechnik“ zu besetzen.

Ihr wesentlicher Aufgabenbereich:

  • Durchführung der Ausbildung, Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen und Umschulungen im Bereich Zerspanungstechnik (Drehtechnik)
  • Theoretische und praktische Vermittlung von Fertigkeiten und Kenntnissen nach Ausbildungsrahmenplan im Bereich Zerspanungstechnik
  • Überwachung der ordnungsgemäßen Pflege und Wartung von Maschinen und Betriebsmitteln

Ihre fachlichen Kompetenzen: 

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Meister- bzw. Technikerausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse in additiven Fertigungsverfahren
  • Erfahrung in der gewerblich-technischen Ausbildung
  • berufspädagogische Kenntnisse entsprechend dem Stand der Zeit
  • sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse und in der Digitalisierung

  • Empathie- und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
