Ihre Aufgaben:
- Vermitteln von Fachkenntnissen und berufl. Handlungsfähigkeit für den Beruf Industriekauffrau/ -mann mit Fokus Finanzbuchhaltung:
- Finanzbuchhaltung nach dem Industriekontenrahmen (IKR)
- Jahresabschluss
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertung des Jahresabschlusses
- Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung
- Engagierte Lernprozessbegleitung und zielführende Kooperation bzgl. Integration/ Inklusion in Arbeit
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriefachwirt) oder betriebswirtsch. Studium u. fundierte Kenntnisse i.d. Finanzbuchhaltung
- Zusatzqualifikation als Ausbilder (AEVO) oder Bereitschaft zum Erwerb
- Freude an Lehren und Lernen , pädagogisches Geschick sowie Kommunikationsstärke, Geduld
- und ein wertschätzender Umgang mit unseren Teilnehmenden
