Du übernimmst als Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement verschiedenste Aufgaben für die Organisation und kaufmännische Verwaltung.

  • DEINE AUFGABEN:
  • Vertrieb: Bearbeiten von Aufträgen, Beratung von Kunden
  • Rechnungswesen: Unterstützung bei Buchungen und Zahlungsverwaltung
  • Einkauf: Bearbeiten von Bestellvorgängen
  • Empfang: Entgegennehmen von Telefonaten und Besuchern
  • DAS ERWARTET DICH:
  • 3 Jahre Ausbildung mit wöchentl. Wechselmodell (1-2 Tage Berufsschule an der BBS Meppen, 3-4 Tage Betrieb Hänsch)
  • Durchlauf der Abteilungen (Vertrieb, Buchhaltung, Einkauf)
  • Einblicke in Entwicklung, Produktion und Marketing
  • Vielfältige Aufgaben von der Beratung von Kunden bis zur Bestellung von Material
  • DAS BIST DU:
  • Du hast einen Realschulabschluss
  • Du überzeugst mit Teamgeist und Aufgeschlossenheit
  • Du bist an technischen Produkten interessiert
  • Du möchtest eine vielfältige Ausbildung
  • DEINE VORTEILE:
