TRAINING CONTENT:

Technische Kommunikation: Anfertigen von Skizzen und technischen Zeichnungen

CAD-Ausbildung: rechnergestütztes konstruieren von 3-D Einzelteilen und Baugruppen

sowie das

Ableiten fertigungsgerechter Zeichnungen

Fachbezogene Berechnungen (Toleranzen, Passungen, Volumen, Festigkeit)

Erstellen von Stücklisten und Fertigungsunterlagen

Anwendung von DIN- und Fachnormen

Lesen und Anwenden von technischen Unterlagen

Herstellen von Werkstücken und Montieren zu Baugruppen

Grundlagen der Steuerungs- und Elektrotechnik

Aufgabengebiete

Die Aufgaben umfassen korrektes rechnerunterstütztes Anfertigen von Skizzen, Zeichnungen und technischen Unterlagen fachbezogener Art. Das Einsatzgebiet eines/r Technischen Produktdesigner/in liegt hauptsächlich in den Bereichen der Forschung und Entwicklung und in der Produktpflege.
