Zur wirklichen und praktischen Entlastung des stellv. Geschäftsleiters müssen Sie sehr gutes Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick mitbringen. Zudem eine selbständige u. eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise besitzen und gute PC-Kenntnisse haben. Sehr hilfreich ist es, wenn Sie findig in Problemlösungen sind und diese möglichst bis zu 100 % beseitigen.

  • Umfeld:
  • Die Renovierung der Hotelzimmer (und anderer Räume) UND Voll-Automatisierung mittels EIB/KNX des GESAMTEN Betriebes (inkl. Hotelzimmer) läuft bereits seit längerem. Generell sind wir sehr „techniklastig“. Kühlhäuser Heizungen und Klimaanlage sind bei uns über den KNX-Bus komplett regel- und steuerbar. Inkl. bedarfs- und auslastungsorientierter automatischer Anpassung der Temperaturen, Kühlhaus-Abtauungen usw..

Ihre Arbeitszeit wird meist zwischen 09-19:00 Uhr liegen. Wochenende, Feier- und Brückentage sind für uns als Hotelbetrieb alle gleich, das heißt, dass an diesen Tagen bei uns gearbeitet wird. Ihr Schwerpunkt wird aber bei Mo.-Sa. liegen
