Aufgaben

Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung großer Mengen an Speisen für Events

Portionieren, Verpacken und Bereitstellen von Catering-Menüs

Mithilfe beim Aufbau und Anrichten von Buffets bei Veranstaltungen

Unterstützung im Foodtruck: Vorbereitung, einfache Kochschritte & Ausgabe von Speisen

Reinigung von Arbeitsflächen, Geräten und Transportboxen

Kühlhausbestückung und korrekte Lagerung von Lebensmitteln

Freundlicher Service bei Veranstaltungen, Events und Firmenfeiern

Unterstützung beim Aufbau und Abbau von Buffets, Theken und Equipment

Ausgabe von Speisen und Getränken an Gäste

Betreuung der Gäste und Sicherstellung eines angenehmen Serviceablaufs

Kassieren und Umgang mit dem Kassensystem (bei Foodtruck-Einsätzen)

Unterstützung im Foodtruck: Bestellannahme, Ausgabe und leichte Vorbereitungsarbeiten

Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards (HACCP)

Anforderungen

Flexibilität und Freude an abwechslungsreicher Arbeit (wechselnde Einsatzorte)

Körperliche Belastbarkeit, besonders bei Events

Freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Kunden

Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

Führerschein von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
