Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Empfang und Patietenservice
  • Telefonmanagement
  • Büro und Administration
  • Terminorganisation
  • Rezept und Befundverwaltung
  • delegierte Aufgaben im Bezug auf die Patientenbetreuung

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Qualifikation und Erfahrung im Büro oder Sekreteriat
  • Arbeitsweise: exakte, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Blick fürs Detail
  • Kommunikation: gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie ein freundliches , aufgeschlossenes und empathisches Auftreten
  • EDV-Kenntnisse und Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in Praxisverwaltungssoftware
  • Zuverlässigkeit: Hohe Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Patientendaten (Datenschutz) und Teamfähigkeit
