Aufgaben und fachliche sowie spezifische Kompetenzen:

Erfassung neuer Bücher mit der Software BCDi und Verwaltung der Ausleihe

Organisation der Regale sowie Organisation und Verwaltung der Dokumentationsbereiche der Schulbibliothek der Grundschule und der Bilderbuchbibliothek des Kindergartens

Mitarbeit bei der Buchbestellung

Erstellung thematischer Ordner und Vorbereitung von Plakaten

Vorbereitung auf Autorenbesuche

Literaturbeobachtung (Aktuelles, Kinder- und Jugendliteratur…)

Pädagogische Aufgaben und Kompetenzen:

Empfang von Schulklassen (Kindergarten und Grundschule)

Im Rahmen des künftigen Schulprojekts und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lehrpersonal

 Arbeit an der Entwicklung der mündlichen Sprachkompetenzen der Schüler in Deutsch und Französisch, insbesondere der Kindergartenkinder

 Durchführung themenbezogener Workshops für die Klassen

 Organisation und Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen (Printemps des Poètes, Nuit de la lecture, Zweisprachigkeit, Pressewoche usw.)

 Teilnahme an Literaturpreisen für Kinder- und Jugendliteratur in Verbindung mit den Projekten der Lehrkräfte und dem Schulprojekt

 Unterstützung des Lehrerteams bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung literarisch-pädagogischer Projekte, insbesondere durch die Teilnahme an den pädagogischen Projekten der AEFE und den Projekten der ZECO (Zone Mittel- und Osteuropa)

Weiterentwicklung und Stärkung der Maßnahmen und Projekte für die Klassenstufen 5e–6e sowie ganz allgemein Stärkung der bibliothekarischen Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem CDI am Standort Sendling und Giesing
