OKTOPUS MEDICAL GmbH ist ein wachsendes Medizintechnik-Unternehmen im Bereich Neurologie & Psychiatrie. Wir vertreiben moderne EEG-, EMG- und rTMS-Systeme und bauen aktuell Strukturen, Prozesse und ein starkes Team auf.

Für unseren Standort in Barsbüttel suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich Lager & Versand. Jeweils Montags, Mittwochs und Donnerstags in der Zeit von 12 - 15 Uhr.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Pakete anhand unserer Vorgaben und Packlisten zusammenstellen
  • Ware sorgfältig und transportsicher verpacken
  • Sendungen vorbereiten und Versandlabels erstellen
  • Tracking und Versand dokumentieren
  • Wareneingänge prüfen, einbuchen und einlagern
  • Lieferscheine mit der gelieferten Ware abgleichen
  • Ware ordentlich einlagern
  • für Ordnung und Übersicht im Lager sorgen
  • Verpackungs- und Versandmaterial im Blick behalten
  • Abweichungen oder Unklarheiten direkt mit uns abstimmen

Was uns wichtig ist

Du musst kein Logistik-Profi sein. Viel wichtiger ist uns, wie du arbeitest.

Du bist zuverlässig und sorgfältig, kannst selbstständig arbeiten und siehst, wenn etwas erledigt werden muss. Du behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick und sprichst Dinge offen an, wenn etwas nicht passt oder unklar ist.

Kurz gesagt: Wir suchen jemanden, der Verantwortung für seinen Bereich übernimmt und mitdenkt.
