Wir suchen für unser Gemeinschaftswohnen Haus am Sender ab sofort in Teilzeit (16 %) eine

  • Aushilfe (m/w/d)
  • für die Begleitung von Menschen mit hohem Assistenzbedarf

Die Stelle ist bis zum 31.12.2026 befristet und wird als Minijob vereinbart.

Du begleitest in einem Team Menschen mit hohem Assistenzbedarf bei der Gestaltung ihres Alltags im Gemeinschaftswohnen. Dabei unterstützt Du das Fachpersonal inhaltlich und organisatorisch. Pädagogische und/oder pflegerische Vorerfahrungen sind wünschenswert. Spezielle Kenntnisse sind aber nicht erforderlich. Du hast einfach Lust auf den Alltag im Gemeinschaftswohnen, diesen gemeinsam zu gestalten und zu begleiten sowie passende Angebote und Aktivitäten zu entwickeln. Darüber hinaus hast Du Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen, keine Berührungsängste und möchtest in einem multiprofessionellen Team arbeiten. Humor und kreatives Handwerkszeug für organisatorische und zwischenmenschliche Herausforderungen hast Du ebenfalls im Gepäck.

Du erhältst eine Bezahlung nach Haustarif, ein 13.
