Wir sind aktuell auf der Suche nach Aushilfskräften (m/w/d) für unsere Produktion.

Tätigkeiten/Anforderungsprofil:

  • Bedienung von Produktionsmaschinen (Beschickung der Betriebsmittel, Erkennen und Beseitigen von Störungen)
  • Entnahme und Abpacken der Fertigware auf Paletten
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Sortenwechseln
  • permanente Überwachung und Kontrolle des Produktionsprozesses

Arbeitszeit:

In der Regel 40 Stunden/Woche (von Mo.-Fr.) innerhalb eines Zweischichtsystems (05:30-14:00 und 14:00-22:30 Uhr) im wöchentlichen Wechsel. Im Bedarfsfall kann auch Nachtschichtarbeit angezeigt sein.

Vergütung:

Vergütung: entsprechend Tarif mindestens w2d (Stundenlohn: 14,57 € für die Einarbeitung). Nach Einarbeitung und Erreichen definierter Vorgaben wird ein höheres, leistungsabhängiges Entgelt (Akkord: mindestens 17,25 €) gezahlt.

Urlaub -nach Tarif-:

pro Jahr 30 Arbeitstage zuzüglich 12 Arbeitszeitverkürzungstage.

Die Stellen wären bei einer sechsmonatigen Probezeit zunächst für 1 Jahr befristet. Anschließend würden wir bei entsprechender Eignung maximal ein weiteres Jahr befristen, bevor ein festes Arbeitsverhältnis angestrebt wird.
