DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Erstellen von Leistungsverzeichnissen für Einzelgewerke gemäß VOB und funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibungen für GU- und GÜ-Verfahren
  • Kostenverfolgung in allen Kostenstufen gemäß DIN 276 mit Schwerpunkt Kostenberechnung der Technik und den einschlägigen Vorschriften
  • Auswertung der Angebote und Führen von Vergabegesprächen
  • Erstellen von Vergabevorschlägen
  • Koordinieren der Zusammenstellung von Bauvertragsunterlagen
  • Strukturierung von Gewerke- und Bieterlisten
  • Terminverfolgung der Ausschreibungs- und Vergabetermine

DEIN PROFIL

  • abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieurwesen / Architektur oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung, z.B. als Bautechniker / Abrechner
  • Freude bei der Erstellung von Ausschreibungen
  • Anwenderkenntnisse: idealerweise AVA-Programme, MS Excel, MS Project
  • selbstständiges Arbeiten, aktives und eigenverantwortliches Denken und Handeln
  • Begeisterung für die Arbeit im Team und aktive Kommunikation im Planungsteam
  • verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
