  • Es gibt zum September 2025 noch Platz für eine/nAuszubildende/n zum/zur Verfahrensmechaniker/-in für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik der Fachrichtung Formteile (m/w/d) (M/W/D)
  • Du lernst aus spezifischen Werkstoffen geformte Werkstücke und Fertigteile herzustellen. Dafür wählst Du geeignete Materialien und entsprechende Hilfsstoffe aus, richtest die Produktionsmaschinen und -anlagen ein und überwachst den Herstellungsprozess.
  • Dein Erlebnis bei HEINE
  • &&> Erlernen der Konstruktion von Kunststoffteilen
  • &&> Heranführen an Rüsten, Programmieren, Bedienen und Warten von Fertigungsanlagen
  • &&> Verfahrensgerechtes Zuordnen und Vorbereiten von Formmassen
  • &&> Kennenlernen der Herstellung und Wartung von Geräteteilen und Baugruppen für Maschinen
  • &&> Zuschnitt und Montage von Kunststoffteilen

  • &&> Mindestens einen sehr guten Mittelschulabschluss oder mittlere Reife
  • &&> Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • &&> Ein hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit, Eigenständigkeit und Flexibilität
