Die Blau Treppen GmbH ist ein modernes Therapie- und Förderzentrum in Mönchengladbach mit dem Schwerpunkt auf der Förderung von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Autismus-Spektrum-Störung (ASS) sowie weiteren Entwicklungsauffälligkeiten. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir engagierte und motivierte Fachkräfte.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • \* Durchführung autismusspezifischer Förder- und Therapiemaßnahmen
  • \* Individuelle Förderung von Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • \* Erstellung von Förderplänen sowie Therapiedokumentationen
  • \* Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Kindergärten, Schulen und anderen Fachstellen
  • \* Teilnahme an Fallbesprechungen und Teamsitzungen
  • \* Aktive Mitgestaltung unserer therapeutischen Arbeit

Ihr Profil
