Description

The BodyWorks is looking for an experienced and/or entry-level Auto Body Technician to join our team! If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy working with your hands, and want to be part of a team that values your skills, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do

Perform collision repairs and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
Repair and replace damaged body panels, bumpers, doors, and other vehicle components.
Perform structural and non-structural repairs.
Prepare vehicles for refinishing and painting.
Identify repair procedures and follow manufacturer specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with estimators, painters, and other technicians to ensure quality repairs and timely completion.

What We're Looking For

Prior auto-body experience is a plus though is not required.
We have outstanding training opportunities available to those willing to grow.
Knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
Ability to accurately assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repairs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
I-CAR certification or industry training is a plus.

This position is paid a Flat Rate for each hour produced. The starting Flat Rate range for this position is $20.00 – $27.00 and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. If a candidate is not prepared to be paid Flat Rate we can explore an apprentice program with an hourly rate.
