### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständiges Einrichten und Umrüsten von kurvengesteuerten Drehautomaten inklusive Werkzeugwechsel
  • Sicherstellen stabiler Fertigungsprozesse sowie Optimierung von Rüst- und Laufzeiten
  • Durchführung von Maß- und Sichtprüfungen zur Qualitätssicherung im laufenden Prozess
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Unterstützung bei technischen Problemen
  • Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten nach Plan und Mitwirkung bei Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Einarbeitung und Unterweisung von Maschinenbedienern im Umgang mit den Anlagen sowie Begleitung im Anlernprozess
  • Dokumentation von Fertigungs- und Prüfergebnissen
  • Pflege und Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft von Maschinen und Werkzeuge

### Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.B. Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, KFZ-Mechatroniker
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten von Maschinen oder starkes technisches Verständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln und Zeichnungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2 bzw. 3-Schicht)
  • Teamfähigkeit und klare Kommunikation
