  • Deine Hauptaufgabe umfasst das eigenständige Umbauen, Einstellen und Umrüsten der Spritzguss-Maschinen sowie das Führen der Maschinenprotokolle
  • Du bereitest die Produktionsanlagen gemäß der 5S-Richtlinien effizient vor und bist motiviert, die Rüstprozesse, Maschinen und Spannsysteme kontinuierlich zu überwachen, zu verbessern und zu optimieren
  • Darüber hinaus führst du Qualitätskontrollen durch und achtest auf die Einhaltung der Sicherheits- und Umweltrichtlinien
  • Dank der festgelegten Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht) werden die Produktionszeiten optimal genutzt und eine reibungslose Übergabe sichergestellt
  • WEN SUCHEN WIR?
  • Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. im Bereich Kunststoffformgebung/-technik, Werkzeugbau, Zerspanungstechnik, KFZ-Mechanik,...)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung als Maschinenführer*in bzw. Einsteller*in oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung ist wünschenswert
  • Der Besitz eines Stapler- und/oder Kranscheins ist von Vorteil
  • 4-Schicht-Bereitschaft
  • Adäquate Deutschkenntnisse
