Für ein international tätiges Unternehmen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Automatisierungsingenieur (m/w/d) mit fundierter Siemens-Expertise. Sie unterstützen anspruchsvolle Projekte in den Bereichen Automatisierung, Instandhaltung und Reliability und übernehmen dabei sowohl operative als auch beratende Aufgaben.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Programmierung, Anpassung und Optimierung von Automatisierungssystemen
- Betreuung von Siemens PCS 7, STEP 7 und TIA Portal
- Durchführung von Loop Checks und Inbetriebnahmen
- Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung
- Betreuung und Inbetriebnahme von PROFIBUS, PROFINET und Modbus
- Unterstützung bei Instandhaltungs- und Reliability-Projekten
- Entwicklung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen und Instandhaltungsstrategien
- Weiterentwicklung von KPI-Systemen und technischen Standards
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Wissenstransfer
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im technischen Bereich, z. B. Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Automatisierungsingenieur, idealerweise in der Prozess- oder Chemieindustrie
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PCS 7, STEP 7 und TIA Portal
- Erfahrung mit Industrieanlagen und Inbetriebnahmen
- Kenntnisse in PROFIBUS, PROFINET und Modbus
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Von Vorteil: Kenntnisse in SIMATIC Batch, WinCC, HART, PID-Regelung, Reliability Engineering oder Instandhaltungsmanagement.
