Wir bieten unseren Kunden neben den aktuellen Ford Neufahrzeugen, auch Neuwagen anderer Hersteller auf EU-Basis sowie Gebrauchtwagen aller bekannten Marken.

Ob Unfallschaden oder Inspektion, die TÜV-Abnahme, ein Glasschaden oder ein Karosserie- und Lackschaden. Ihr Auto ist hier sicher gut aufgehoben.

### Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Ergänzung unseres Teams einen Automobil-Serviceberater (m/w/d) für unsere Annahme .

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie betreuen die umfassende Beratung unserer Kunden zu Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten sowie Serviceangeboten
  • Sie bieten den aktiven Verkauf unserer Service-Dienstleistungen an
  • Sie übernehmen alle Anliegen unserer Kunden und bereiten diese für unsere Fachabteilungen vor
  • Sie sind für die Terminkoordination mit Kunden und den Werkstatt-Teams zur bestmöglichen Auslastung zuständig

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben idealerweise eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung im Automobilhandel bzw. Servicebereich
  • Sie bringen praktische Erfahrungen im Service oder in der Werkstatt eines Autohauses mit
  • Sie haben ein selbstbewusstes, kommunikatives und seriöses Auftreten
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine engagierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und eine teamorientierte Einstellung aus
  • Sie besitzen einen gültigen PKW Führerschein der Klasse B (bzw. alte FS-Kl. 3)
  • Sie haben vielleicht schon erste Erfahrungen mit der Marke Ford und (BOSCH-) Elektrik gesammelt
