Ihre Aufgaben:

  • professionelle Kundenberatung rund um Wartung und Reparatur von LKWs und Nutzfahrzeugen.
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen sowie zuverlässige Koordination der Werkstatttermine.
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen, Rechnungen und Garantiebearbeitung.
  • Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen durch serviceorientierte Kommunikation und aktive Ansprache von Kundenbedürfnissen.
  • Sicherstellung höchster Kundenzufriedenheit und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Serviceprozesses.

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Automobilkaufmann/-frau, Kfz-Mechatroniker/in, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Nutzfahrzeuge oder LKW-Service wünschenswert.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, freundliches Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung.
  • eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit.
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Service- und Werkstattprogrammen.
