Automobil- Serviceberater (m/w/d)

Anforderungen

  • abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Kfz-Handwerk
  • abgeschlossene Kfz-Meisterausbildung, vorzugsweise bei BMW wäre von Vorteil
  • praktische Berufserfahrung als Service Berater
  • einschlägige automobile Erfahrung
  • Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • gewissenhaftes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • gutes PC-/IT-Know-how
  • Führerschein
  • hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • positive Ausstrahlung
  • sicheres Auftreten
  • hohe soziale Kompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit und freundlichen kommunikativen Umgang
  • Bereitschaft für Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen

Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung von Kunden im Servicebereich
  • Pflege von Kundenbindungen sowie Kunden-Neugewinnung
  • Aktiver Verkauf von Serviceleistungen im Zuge der Serviceberatung
  • Koordination des Servicegeschäfts unter Einhaltung der Serviceprozesse nach den BMW Service Standards
  • Umfänge der Kundendienst- und Reparatur-Arbeiten festlegen sowie Reparaturaufträge erstellen
  • Fahrzeugdiagnosen erstellen
