## Serviceberater (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Direkte Auftragsannahme und Begleitung des Auftrages bis zur Endkontrolle der Fahrzeuge
  • Beratung unserer Kunden im Hinblick auf Art, Kosten und Umfang des Auftrages inklusive Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Kostenkalkulationen bei Unfallschäden sowie Schadensabwicklung mit Versicherungen inklusive der Einholung von Reparaturfreigaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt und eine technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Automobilhandel.
  • Erfahrungen mit Marken aus dem Volkswagenkonzern sind von Vorteil
  • Zusatzqualifikation zum zertifizierten Serviceberater /-techniker (m/w/d) oder Weiterbildung zum Kfz-Meister (m/w/d) wäre wünschenswert
  • Ihre Kommunikationsstärke nutzen Sie sowohl für den Dienst am Kunden\*innen als auch für die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • Gute PC Kenntnisse
  • Freundliches Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, gründliche und motivierte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
