  • Ihre Aufgaben – das erwartet Sie:
  • ✅ Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden im Servicebereich
  • ✅ Annahme von Fahrzeugen sowie Erstellung von Serviceaufträgen
  • ✅ Abstimmung zwischen Kunden, Werkstatt und Ersatzteilwesen
  • ✅ Kalkulation und Erläuterung von Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten
  • ✅ Terminplanung und Koordination von Werkstattaufträgen
  • ✅ Fahrzeugübergabe und Rechnungsbesprechung mit den Kunden
  • ✅ Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • ✅ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im KFZ-Bereich
  • ✅ Weiterbildung oder/und Erfahrung als Serviceberater (m/w/d)
  • ✅ Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • ✅ Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
  • ✅ Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • ✅ Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • ✅ Teamgeist und Engagement
