Ihre Aufgaben

  • Wirtschaftliche Rechnungsprüfung für Instandhaltungs- und
  • Reparaturarbeiten
  • Erfassung von Kunden- und Vertragsdetails im System
  • Schriftliche Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Sorgfältige Abwicklung eingehender Arbeitsaufträge
  • Korrespondenz mit Werkstätten und Auftraggebern
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Mahnungen
  • Genehmigung von Dienstleistungen im Bereich Reifenservice

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder relevante
  • Büroerfahrung
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Office
  • Strukturiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Hohe Service- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Sicheres und schnelles Tastaturschreiben
  • Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich Automotive
