Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Professionelle und individuelle Beratung unserer Kunden zu Wartungs- und Reparaturleistungen
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen sowie Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Koordination von Werkstatterminen und Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Abwicklung
  • Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen durch proaktiven Service und kompetente Betreuung
  • Unterstützung des Werkstattteams bei der Diagnose und Lösungsfindung technischer Probleme
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards und Kundenzufriedenheit

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung im Automobilbereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Fahrzeugtechnik und erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen und gängigen Anwendungen
