• Essential Duties:
• - Receive all inbound sales calls and set appointments
• - Support online customers by setting appointments
• - Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
• - Continually learn about services offered, recalls, product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer

• Qualification:
• - Must have appointment setting experience
• - Comfortable and familiar with computers and databases
• - Good organizational skills
• - Good telephone skills
• - Must be a team player
