Key Responsibilities

• •Ensure accurate billing of retail and wholesale vehicle sales.
• •Post all sales and cost of sales transactions to the general ledger.
• •Verify the completeness of all necessary documentation in sales deals.
• •Process time-sensitive contracts and related vehicle sales documentation with precision.
• •Handle lien payoffs for trade-ins efficiently.
• •Verify and calculate sales commissions.
• •Review and maintain schedules related to billing activities.
• •Ensure accurate calculation and verification of sales tax.
• •Collaborate closely with sales and finance departments.
• •Conduct audits on car deals to ensure compliance with company policies.
• •Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• •Proven experience in automotive billing is required.
• •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• •Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• •Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• •Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., DMS, Tekion, MS Excel).
• •Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
